Yes — cancel with one click from your Settings page. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Currently we support Google Business Profile reviews. We chose to do one platform exceptionally well rather than many poorly. More platforms are on our roadmap.
During setup you choose a tone (Professional, Friendly, or Casual) and can paste example replies. The AI learns your style and generates replies that sound like you, not a robot.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for our database, and your Google credentials are never stored — we use secure OAuth tokens.
